It is a long and excited journey to bring the plush from a spark of an idea to our real life! With our senior sample designers with over 15+ designing years, we will bring the really deep impression plush to you by our 5 easy steps!
Inquiry and initial communication: You send us the design idea or any object that you want to turn into plush toys, as well as the required size and intended order quantity.
Prototyping: Then we will submit the sample invoice to you and make the prototype for approval, and provide you detailed pictures to confirm the details are okay.
Sampling: After the prototype's confirmed, we will proceed with sampling, including confirmed fabrics, embroidery, printings, accessories, etc.
Production started: Fabric purchasing, cutting. Our QC team will do an inspection for the incoming materials and do full inspections on every step of stuffed toys production.
Packaging and Shipping: If all is approved, we will then start packing. If no customize packing request, we will use regular shipping, bulk pack many units in one large poly bag, then in one carton, our regular carton size is 68X45x56cm. How many pcs in one carton will depend on product size.
By air: We can provide air shipping for urgent and small volume package, like FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT and so on. The lead time is expecting to 3-8 days.
Land transport: We can provide land shipping for bulk order which is not so urgent and big volume, like truck and train, the lead time is expecting to 35 days.
By sea: We can provide ocean shipping for bulk order which is not urgent and big volume, the lead time is expecting to 45 days.
